• Hello! HELP! I will be working and making changes to my site and then I get blocked and this message shows up. I will then have to move from my internet to my hotspot to regain access after a while it happens again so I move to my cell phone hotspot and then eventually it will happen there as well. So at some point, I am blocked on all the wifis. Eventually, I do get “unblocked” (like a day later). “Access denied. Your IP address is blacklisted. If you feel this is in error please contact your hosting provider’s abuse department.” Internet company says it is not on their end and same for our hosting company. Any idea why this is happening and how to fix it? Super frustrating when I am in the middle of a updating our site. LOLOLOL Any help will be so appreciated!

  • WordPress doesn’t have any IP tracking/blocking feature.

I see you’re using the WP Lockdown plugin on your login page, which has such a feature. That’s where I’d begin troubleshooting: check to be sure your IP address is whitelisted.

Also, check if you have any other security plugin and ensure it doesn’t block your IP address(es).
