access denied when activating backupwordpress

    When I updated backupwordpress to version 3.0.4, it will not reactivate. I always get “access denied” whenever I try to activate this plugin. Did not have this problem with updating other plugins. Another site where I use backupwordpress and updated to version 3.0.4 did not have this problem. Deleted and reinstalled backupwordpress and still get “access denied” when activating.

    Fixed! Apparently interference by another plugin, not sure which one.

    The problem still exists. I just downloaded the plugin and tried to install it. Same problem: “Access denied”.

    Hi Karinaa,

    Can you try deactivating all other plugins and then activate? Is your user on the site definitely an administrative user?
