If your site is hosted on an Amazon EC2 instance, you can use an IAM Role: https://deliciousbrains.com/wp-offload-media/doc/amazon-s3-quick-start-guide/#iam-roles

Can you kindly confirm if the role uses the AmazonS3FullAccess policy? Using this policy helps avoid potential problems when first setting up WP Offload Media, but you may also use a Custom IAM Policy instead.
