“Access denied” on Multisite environment

Dear Bas,
We’ve installed your plugin on our clients multisite but for some reason everytime we try to view an invoice from within the backend we get an error: “Access denied”.
We’ve tried deactivating all plugins except for Woocommerce and your PDF plugin, we tried changing the theme to storefront and turned on wp_debug and the PDF debug function.
We are getting no errors except for the “Access denied”, is there anything we can try to find out what’s causing this issue ?
