    I approved the user but they can’t login into the site.

    I think it happened after the wordpress update

    could you help me please?

    Thank you for contacting us,
    We have recently tried that scenario with the latest WordPress and are unable to replicate the issue.

    Can you make sure the user has the status ‘approved’ and he was able to successfully reset the password.

    We will need more information from you in order to debug the issue
    Have you done any modifications to login/reset-password forms?
    The theme you are using?
    Any plugin on your site (beside New User Approve) that modifies the login functionality?
