Access Denied for shop manager

    Hi there! Since the last release shop managers are unable to access Smart Manager, any related page shows the message “you don’t have permissions to access this page”.
    In Smart Manager Privilege Settings the permissions are granted to this user role and also i’ve tried giving permissions to the user, but still not working.

    Smart manager menu in top admin bar and manage with smart manager button are enabled and visible for shop manager. The menu button that used to be on left admin panel now is gone.

    also /admin.php?page=smart-manager&landing-page=sm-about settings button redirects to /options-general.php?page=smart-manager&sm-settings and loops in loading icon.

    Only settings button working is the one on top right side (inside the smart manager table).

    A. We do understand your concerns. Would like to update you that this forum is only for Smart Manager Lite (the free version of the plugin) related queries.

    As you are facing issue with ‘Privilege Settings’ functionality which is available only in the Pro version, request you to contact us from?here?and we will help you resolve the same issue.

    A. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We can reproduce the same issue. We have taken a note of it and will keep you posted. For now, you can access ‘General Settings‘ from top right corner in the Smart Manager page.

    Would like to update you that we have released a new update for
    the Smart Manager plugin [i.e. v8.39.0] which consists of fix for the issue reported by you i.e. Settings button not redirecting properly on ‘Docs & Support’ page using the Smart Manager plugin with other important updates and fixes.

    Request you to kindly update to the latest version of the plugin at the earliest and do let us know your views.
