Access Denied Error

  • I went into my client’s site no problem and updated my login credentials.
    Then I logged out to test the new credentials.

    When I tried logging in again I couldn’t access the wp-admin page. it said “Access denied” on a white page. Some help here would be greatly appreciated.

    do you have access to the database in PHPmyAdmin for your client?

    Disable any third party plugin. If the problem persist, check the file permissions on wp-login.php file (It should be 0644)
