Access denied alert error

    I have a really weird problem.

    I have set that a subscriber can edit / delete assigned posts from a specific post type, it’s working, but once the user if entering the post editor an weird alert is jumping with the error “Access denied” after clicking ok everything is working as should be, so I don’t understand why this error is appearing?

    I have compared all my settings to another website with same permissions and everything is looking the same, but on the other website there is no “access denied” error.

    I tried to troubleshoot the error and found that when I am enabling the “edit” option for regular “posts” post type for a subscriber the error disappears, but it’s a problem because I don’t want to enable the “posts” post type for a subscriber and it also opening other options in the dashboard.

    How can I fix that?

    Hi @vladikdx Could you please elaborate more on this one? Any screenshots maybe?

    Also what plugin that you use for creating CPT?
