Dokan plug-in, access denied often appears when I want to edit products. I have encountered this problem many times. This is a serious problem. I want to purchase the commercial version plan, but I have been unable to do so because of this problem. Get started.

    Hi @helpp,

There might be several reasons causing this issue. To resolve this, you may try the following:

    1. Check Permissions: Ensure that your user role has the necessary permissions to edit products. Go to WordPress dashboard > Users > All Users, find your user, and check the assigned roles and capabilities.
    2. Plugin/theme Conflicts: Deactivate other plugins one by one and switch to a default WordPress theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-two) and see if the issue persists. There might be a conflict with another plugin or with your theme causing the problem.
    3. Clear Cache and Cookies: Clear your browser’s cache and cookies to ensure a fresh login session.
    4. Update Dokan: Ensure you’re using the latest version of Dokan. If not, update it to the most recent version to benefit from bug fixes and improvements.

Let us know how it goes. We will be waiting for your feedback.

    Thanks!

Hey, I just tested a brand new website. For this purpose, I created a brand new website, which is brand new without any plug-ins. Then I only installed woocomerce and dokan, but the situation still happens. I want to say that this is definitely not the case. My specific question.

    Hi @helpp,

It seems to be a site-specific issue as we are unable to reproduce it locally and if that was the usual case, the other users would not be able to use the plugin. I would like to take a look at your newly created site’s system status. Please navigate to your WordPress admin panel’s Tools > Site Health > Info screen by clicking on the button shown in this screenshot.

@helpp That data dump can never work here. Please paste that to pastebin.com or the like and paste a link to that paste instead.
