    I have installed the dynamics 365 integration plugin on my website but when connecting using on premises I put the URL of the website I want to access, username and password but it shows me the following error:

    Unable to connect to Dynamics 365: Access denied. Check whether you selected the appropriate deployment type and that CRM URL and credentials are correct.

    I know the credentials are correct.
    I would greatly appreciate your help.

    Hi @arle91

    can you please capture the logs and send them to [email protected]:

    1. On About tab set logging level to debug
    2. Try to connect again to receive the error message
    3. Switch back to About tab and download the log
    4. Set logging level back to info
