    An situation. In the console missing items: Categories, Plugins, Settings, Tags.
    If you try to go at the site/wp-admin/plugins.php – get Access Denied error.
    If you remove the plug-ins folder, in the console lost almost all items. Ostayutsya only those that are available for the “Member / Subscriber.”

    Help solve the problem.
