Access Code URL Redirect

  • I would like to put an access code field on a page – and based on the access code, it would take you to a page (url) based on that access code.

    For Example if the website is https://www.example.com/page has a field for the access code (or password) once you put in the password it redirects you to a custom page of a Url I specify?

    Like of the password schemes were the following:

    Password: Granted – It takes you to the page
    https://www.example.com/Granted

    Or

    Password: OPEN – It takes you to the page
    https://www.example.com/Open

    Anything like that exists?
