Access backend not reachable

  • Hi,

    I need help; i changed some values at the server; now i can’t login at my backend.

    Any great help would be appreciated.

  • @pkclubpaul What seems to be the issue? Is it throwing an error or redirecting to the same page after you try logging in?

    I hope this message finds you well and safe. It looks an SSL issue, i was able to access the admin login page but it was displaying a security risk message. The error seems to be linked with this SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN.

    Please contact your hosting support team and ask them to fix SSL issues and then check again. Hopefully your issue will be resolved.
