    Hi!

I’d like to grant backend accces to the plugin to other roles than just admins.

Can’t figure out anywhere how to get this done, can’t find which capability it’s been hooked into, and where i’d be able to change that through a filter or anything else.

Can anyone maybe help me out?

    Thanks!

    Hi @sirtimo,
    Thanks for your message.

Currently, the only way to show the Notifications menu to non-admins is to enable the ‘manage_options’ capability on a user role.
It’s on my roadmap though to add BNFW specific capabilities so that the menu can be exposed to non-Admins without exposing more of WordPress.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,
    Jack

    Hi Jack,

Thanks for the feedback, Would e great if you add it somewhere along the way. For now i’ve given my client more access.

p.s. one the password changed email is missing in your plugin!

    Hi @sirtimo,
You’re right – it’s currently being tested for inclusion in the next version of the plugin.

    Thanks,
    Jack
