Hi, if the zip did not download then something is blocking this in your site. You might need to do a plugin/theme conflict test. For example disable all other plugins, then carry out a test. If the test works, then you know it is conflicting with another plugin in your site.

I recommend that you check the log files in your server. They might be able to share some light as to why the downloads are not working. Also if you have a cache plugin installed in your site, you need to exclude the page or post with the PayPal button from being cached.

I have a copy of the error logs but the latest log is dated November 16th, and I just set the plugin up for the first time last night. I can send you the error log if you need it. Do you think there are any changes required on the server end?

Hi, the log file that you need to check is one created after a test transaction fails in your site. That log file should have some information regarding the issue.

Did you also carry out a plugin/theme conflict test?

i tried two other themes. still no progress on the download.

You should disable all other plugins except this one. Then carry out a test.

Yes. I have done that. I disabled all other plugins except paypal for digital goods and it accepted the payment but no download.

I am wondering if it might have something to do with your PayPal account? What kind of PayPal account do you have?
