    My client is planning on purchasing the personal version.

    If appointments are initially set to “pending,” is there a way for her to “approve” them from her notification email that she receives? Or does she have to log on to the website to approve them?

    I have now sent multiple inquiries about this through your request form, and we have the pro version, and I still have yet to get a response about this….
