Acceptence field stopped working after upgrade to WP3.9

  • Hi – Love you plugin been using it for a long time on many sites. Thank YOU!

    But after updating to WP 3.9 I notice the acceptance field stopped working.

    Firebug shows “disabled = disabled” on submit in WP 3.8.3 but it is not being added in WP 3.9 so users can submit the form with out checking the checkbox.

    Ooops – sorry – I am incorrect when saying it submits the form. It does NOT submit the form – which is GOOD ?? but before WP 3.9 it used to add css “disabled = disabled” to the submit button so users would have an indication that they can’t submit the form yet.

    Was this an intended change? I kind of like it disabling the submit button.

    But i can work with this if necessary.
