Accepted offer not showing up in cart with click to pay

Hi,
I’ve installed the the 1.2.2 release from git on my site. When an offer or counteroffer is accepted the “Click to Pay” button in the customer email or account only adds the original, full price of the product to the cart rather than the discounted offer.
Is there a setting I am missing?
