Acceptance confirmation checkbox is not unchecked when returning.

  • Hello.

When I came back from the confirmation page.
the checkbox to confirm acceptance was not unchecked and
I cannot click the submit button.

I would like to know how to uncheck the box to confirm acceptance, or how to be able to press the submit button.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delay. I’m not able to reproduce your issue. When I go back to a form that has the confirm acceptance, it is still checked and I can submit the form. When I uncheck it the submit button disables as expected.
