    Having the accept button activates cookies, but if the user enters to configure cookies, they are not selected. Since the law does not allow this.

    If you can go into GDPR Cookie Consent -> Cookie Settings -> Other tab, you will find an option named as “Autotick for Non-Necessary Cookies” if you enable it, all of the cookies will be selected in the cookie settings of the user by default and if it’s disabled only necessary cookies will be selected.

    Can you enable the “Autotick for Non-Necessary Cookies” option and try again?
