    Hi there, the plugin is fantastic, a wonderful time-saver, but there′s an issue I′d like to comment: If the fields cointains non-english characters (as in “chateau”, “Algodón” or “Ni?o”) then they won′t upload as that, instead they′ll show a ? symbol.

    I tried to save the .csv file encoded as UTF-8 and also saved it in Notepad++, without any luck…

    I′m pretty sure is a basic encoding thing, but I don′t seem to find the solution…

    Thanks.

    I answer my question (i′m using Excel 2010)

    1. Save the file in file.XLSX (easy to edit)
    2. Save a copy in file.csv
    3. Close Excel
    3. Open file.csv with Notepad++
    4. Convert to UTF-8 from Encoding (in main menu)
    5. Save as: Select type as All types (*.*) and write file.csv
    6. Overwrite –> Yes!
    7. Import to WP

    It worked for me!
