Accent Bug with Helvetica

    Hello,

    My french emails designed in Yaymail with the Helvetica font do not display accents “é”, “ê”, … (tested in Gmail on desktop). Is it not recommended to use Helvetica with accented characters, or is this a bug?

    Thank you for your reply.
    The problem is visible in the Yaymail editor as well as in Gmail for real commands, but only on a Microsoft Windows computer. On a Mac, Helvetica displays accented characters correctly.

    Maybe the problem doesn’t come from Yaymail but is specific to the Helvetica font.

    To solve the problem, I changed Helvetica to Arial.
