I had a look at your site and Jetpack connection, and it’s possible that there might be something conflicting with our CDN that’s turning it off even if it’s enabled at your end.

As a first step, can you please temporarily deactivate all your plugins and check if the problem gets fixed that way? If it works, then reactivate each plugin one by one to find out which one is causing problems.

Also, I see you’re using Cloudflare currently. Can you please make sure that you’ve followed the following guides, which outline the proper setup for Jetpack and Cloudflare??

If so, I’d suggest asking your host to allowlist the IP addresses listed here:

Please note that these IP addresses could change (or more could be added) at any time. For that reason, we recommend your host uses the machine-readable versions of these IP ranges in JSON or plain text format to automate configuration changes on their systems.

I want to add jetpack ips, Where do you recommend adding the ip’s? .htaccess? firewalld?

I use cloudflare, where I have to add the ip’s cloudflare?

Hi! I added ips on cloudflare’s ip access rules. I added the first ips on firewall-cdm on centos (my vps). I don’t change the url of images. The same issue.

We’re now seeing a more general issue with your site’s XML-RPC file not responding correctly.

Could you temporarily pause Cloudflare again so we can check if that’s what is causing this issue?
