    Hello!

I have been working in a WordPress site in my development hosting and domain. While in there, Accordion Menu worked perfectly, but when I changed to my production domain and hosting Accordion Menu stopped working. I tried to clean the cache and to uninstall and reinstall the plugin, but it is still not working. Could you please help me on this?

    Thank you in advance.

I forgot some data that would be important…

Menus are shown, but like if Accordion Menu plugin were deactivated. I mean, they are shown as a list of items without accordion effect nor visual format at all.

    Hi Alberto,

It seems possible that you have some JavaScript error in that page, and that is stopping the menu from working properly. Please right click on the page, choose “inspect element”, go to the console tab, and refresh the page, if the are any JavaScript errors, they’ll be written out.

Have you cleared the cache for the Accordion menu at the WordPress menu: Settings -> Nextend settings? Are you using any cache plugin? Have you cleaned the plugin’s cache, too? Maybe the problem is that our cache files aren’t called in – or some old / wrong files are trying to be called.

There is one more thing I can think of, that for some reason, the wp_head() or the closing head tag (</head>) gone missing from your theme’s header.php file, or the wp_footer() is missing from your theme’s footer.php file for some reason – so please open these files and search for wp_head() and </head> in the header.php and for wp_footer() in the footer.php.

    Hi Ramona!

After receiving your answer me and my teammate checked everything you told me and everything was ok. After that my teammate wrote your mate Gabor and he solved the problem. It seems it was an error in the plugin’s code and now everything is working fine.

I want to thank you and your team for your awesome support.

Hi i have the same issue, what was the correction you made?
