• These guys take over a month to respond to paying customers about extremely pressing concerns.

Not to mention their “lifetime membership” isn’t worth the virtual paper it’s virtually printed on, as mine just expired without any warning or reason. Jigoshop can’t be trusted. You’ve been warned.

  • @fraser.Dk,
Jigoshop changed ownership recently. From formal point of view, it’s totally new product with same name. You can see the change of quality in the amount of recent positive comments and amount of recent bugfixes and plugin releases.
Lifetime membership – there was announcement via newsletter. If you opted out of it – we didn’t have other way to inform you. Please note, that new owner didn’t have any formal reason to support old membership packages, but as discussed via mail – they are accepted till the end of the year. Look from owners perspective – it means giving away for free what they could sell. I tihnk that’s really fair and am sadly surprised about your one-star review.

    Hi Fraser.Dk,

We have sent emails to all the users on paid support regarding change of the way that we deal with subscriptions.

If we have done something incorrectly or dropped the ball on some tasks, I would be happy to rectify it at the earliest convenience.

please send an email to [email protected] describing your issues/concerns and I will make sure that it’s looked after well.

    Kind Regards,
    Paul Preston
