Abysmal support and documentation!

  • Though the support is in “English” it’s not the English I speak. It took a week to get the plugin set up correctly (no documentation) and multiple support tickets. Only then did I realize it would not allow a pop-up to show under the circumstances I wanted.

    There are many better plugins for pop-ups that are free and VERY easy to use. Skip this one.

    I notice you mentioned multiple support tickets but couldn’t find any where you’d posted. Perhaps you’re referring to other tickets you read? We’d love to assist directly if so and see if we can provide a solution.
