    perhaps something as simple as an user blacklist
    or maybe a bit better like;
    “Sorry you have opened x supports tickets in the last x days, please wait x days before attempting any further submissions. Thank you for your understanding.”

    Thank you for your suggestion. We have discussed this with our development team. We found this useful suggestion to be added to our product. We have added this in our development queue to be available in future updates. Currently, we are working on plugin’s big release development. It includes performance improvements, new features, and many more. So it may take a few months to introduce this feature. There is no ETA available for this.
