• I registered this service in 2016 for a single client site. The plugin while good didn’t quite meet my clients needs and so they decided to remove it from their site. I assumed (wrongly it seems) that the company charge a one-time fee to use their service and if you do not renew you will not be entitled to their latest updates.

    What does seem to happen is that the company retain your credit card details, auto-renew your subscription whether you like it or not and, despite support requests to cancel and refund a subscription that hasn’t even been used, continue to deduct money from your account.

    If not for my banks intervention to put a block on the transactions (which I am also seperately filing a dispute against with my bank) I believe this company would continue to ignore my requests and continue to take money from my bank account.

    I’ve noted from other Users that this lack of customer support is not uncommon. I would thoroughly not recommend using this company or any of their plugins in future.
