• Absolutely useless statistics in the paid version of the plugin.

Sometimes, you see that your page is ranked in 1st place for a keyword, but when you start researching search results, it turns out that your keywords are only in the top 10, but not in 1st place.

Sometimes, you see that your page is ranking #1 for a keyword that is completely irrelevant and completely uninteresting to you, but Rank Math shows that you are #1. And you can’t do anything about it. You can’t have analytics show reports only for the keywords you are interested in.

Sometimes you see reports that you’re ranked #1 for several keywords, but when you start researching search engine results, you’re not even in the top 100 for that keyword.

For example, many pages on my website are ranking for the keyword phrase “local guide” according to Rank Math. But when I start analyzing the search results via SEO-tools, it suddenly turns out that I am not even in the top-100 in any country in the world for that keyword phrase.

After purchasing the plugin, I repeatedly contacted technical support describing these problems – all my requests were ignored. All my posts about these issues in the FB group for paid users have been deleted.

All tech support does, at best, is link to articles on their website that have nothing to do with the problem.

After I wrote a previous detailed review here with screenshots, my review was deleted because “review section is not intended for tech support”. But I didn’t ask for help. I just wrote a detailed review about the problems that nobody is going to solve for two years now, even though it concerns the paid version.

    Hello @advertino,

We’re terribly sorry to hear that the experience with the plugin has not been the best thus far.

Regarding the data inside the Analytics module, that is currently taken from the data coming from Google Search Console and for the keywords that the Analytics objects are ranking inside the top 100 on SERPs.

The position you see is the average position calculated with the data available at that time, much like Google does on Google Search Console and that is explained here:
    https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/7042828?hl=en

Besides all that, the data that get’s imported into our plugin might not always match exactly what you see on GSC and GA which is something explained in detail here:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/anaytics-data-differs-from-ga-gsc/

That article should also further explain how we calculate the data inside this module for future reference.

Regarding the posts in the Facebook group, those are declined because the rules we have in the group, which everyone needs to accept prior to joining, state that we don’t offer support over there. All support is done via our forums where the support team is available 24×7 to assist with any queries.

    Thank you.
