Absolutely superb theme with exceptional support

I’ve been using the free version of GeneratePress for some time now, and recently needed help with a few functions and CSS. Every time I have reached out, the support staff have been absolutely brilliant.

While most companies are quick to shun your question as out of scope, the folks supporting GeneratePress have not only gone out of their way to help, but they’ve wiped the floor clean compared to the support I’ve had from others.

Some of the requests I’m asked about were not strictly help with the theme, but about adding custom functionality. Each and every time a resolution has been achieved.

This review is based on my interactions with a number of members from the support team, but I’d like to include a special thank you to David (@diggeddy) who by far went out of his way to resolve an issue I had.
