• So I downloaded the free version to check out the plugin. However the feature I required (exporting orders) was in the premium version only so I purchased it. Once uploaded I attempted to export the order as a test and it didn’t work. The excel file came out as a load of stuff that didn’t make any sense. I thought ‘okay, something wrong here, I’ll mail them as they have a support page for buying customers’. This was over 2 weeks ago and I have got no reply. I’ve mailed them again since explaining my problem and have received nothing back. It seems that their support has taken a holiday for the summer. It’s a real shame, they seem legit but they obviously have no interest in helping customers once they purchase. If you don’t want to lose your money to this poorly run and unprofessional company do not buy their products.

  • Hopefully we’re turning this experience around as we’re currently working on reproducing this issue with the client; awaiting working logins as of 2 days ago.

    Since coming back to our desks after summer vacation we are working through a backlog of support requests and unfortunately dropped the ball on some newly created Premium Support tickets, we do our very best to help as many people as possible as a small dedicated team

    (we process all refund requests so if you’re not happy shoot us a message or PayPal claim up)

    The guys at Visser have actually been great to sort out my issue since my last post. It looks like I just got them at a bad time. Sure everyone needs a summer vacation!

    Hi Jan, we don’t sell any export Plugin for $79 and our Pro upgrade (for $20 USD, $79 for an exporter IS insane!?) does support filtering Orders by date; and a bunch of other filtering!

    Thank you for your quick, courteous reply and working so hard to correct this! With their expertise, I was able to find out that the initial plugin I purchased, which did not do what I need and cost a lot more, was the culprit, and NOT Visser!
