Absolutely No Support

I submitted a support ticket on June 29 (Today is July 19th), and within the first two days I got a response saying somebody would be looking into it. I emailed them the required access info they requested. Since then I have been waiting for 3 weeks with Absolutely NO responses from them. There is absolutely no support from them, not even enough courtesy to respond to emails. I emailed at least twice, simply asking if somebody was yet looking into the problem, and not even a response to even say they were busy or whatever. Since it is a business website that needs to be maintained, I have now chosen a competitors table plugin, and just deactivated the Supsystic plugin. The new plugin worked with no problems and cleared up the problem I had with Supsystic. I actually liked the actual plugin, but with no support, never again will I use this plugin or any more from Supsystic.
