• I submitted a support ticket on June 29 (Today is July 19th), and within the first two days I got a response saying somebody would be looking into it. I emailed them the required access info they requested. Since then I have been waiting for 3 weeks with Absolutely NO responses from them. There is absolutely no support from them, not even enough courtesy to respond to emails. I emailed at least twice, simply asking if somebody was yet looking into the problem, and not even a response to even say they were busy or whatever. Since it is a business website that needs to be maintained, I have now chosen a competitors table plugin, and just deactivated the Supsystic plugin. The new plugin worked with no problems and cleared up the problem I had with Supsystic. I actually liked the actual plugin, but with no support, never again will I use this plugin or any more from Supsystic.

    We have read the ticket. Permissions were requested – you only gave part of it. After that, you added that the plugin works on the Live site and stops working in the site’s Dashboard. For diagnostics, access to the staging site alone was not enough.

    In any case, we are sorry that you had a wrong impression about the support. Conclusions will be drawn.

    That is the first reply I have heard since I sent in the requested information, and it had to be because I left a 1 star review. You said I only gave part of the permissions, I sent two emails with the permissions, but nothing back to indicate it was correct or not. Also no communication back that the staging site was not good enough again until now with this review. Regardless, I have given up on Supsystic now because of this and have moved on.
