Absolutely Awful

Where to begin.

This plugin is poorly made, clunky to use, all show and no go. It’s nothing more than a toy when compared to the professional offerings out there. If you’re a serious website delivering real value to your subscribers (who actually want your service), then avoid MailPoet altogether.

The support is awful. They are dishonest – they’ll get you to jump through hoops, and when you’ve done that, there’s still no resolution. Presumably because they don’t want to be honest with you (and who wants to work with a dishonest brand?).

I cannot for the life of me understand why there are so many good reviews. I do wonder if they’re genuine – I guess it’s possible to game the system. Who knows?

But I wouldn’t recommend this plugin. Avoid like the plague.
