Absolutely amazing free template

Amazing to find SO much in a template’s free option. This template has proven to be exactly what I was looking for working on a particular site. If you are looking for a magazine/news site or three-columns, definitely check this one out. There is a premium template for Mission News. If this site is accepted (it’s pro bono), I’ll be requesting they pay for the premium. If it’s THIS good free, what goodies will there be in the premium template.
