• I wouldn’t bother with this plugin..

    The support doesn’t even answer. Wasted a week waiting for a simple acknowledgement and they still haven’t replied to this day.

    If they can’t even communicate when your not giving them any money, I don’t see any incentive to make me want to actually purchase this buggy piece of shit.

    Thanks for nothing.

    I’ve been working on Wise Chat since December 2014. I spent huge amount of hours (usually 5-20 weekly) on writing the code and providing support. And this is all completely for free. I will respond to any issue, but please be patient.

    I’m sorry, I was extremely frustrated seeing all threads around getting acknowledged.
    I do understand how busy you must be with many people in need of assistance.

    Can’t thank you enough in that regard. Especially being for free.

    I’m not an expert on code but It seems I’ve learnt enough to get myself into trouble.
