Absolute URL’s when shortcode was used

Hi there,
I’m trying to show Simple Social Share Buttons through a shortocde on few CPT templates.
The share links are wrong on these templates as you can see here: https://dev-coin-rarities-online.pantheonsite.io/ad-archive/get-the-getz/
https://dev-coin-rarities-online.pantheonsite.io/ad-archive/whereas on the Posts pages where default functionality is being used, it shows correct links: https://dev-coin-rarities-online.pantheonsite.io/the-ana-worlds-fair-of-money/
Can you please help in figuring out what’s wrong with using Shortcode.?
I’m using it like this:
