ABSOLUTE TRASH.

Terrible customer service. Not user friend. I had the pro version for over a year and did not use it once. We are human and forget to cancel things we don’t use. With most companies, they will refund you if you aren’t actively using the service. They would not refund me because it’s part of their policy which is not made clear. They make it difficult to find the cancel subscription/auto renew button. It is impossible to actually talk to a person. I emailed them asking to cancel my subscription and they don’t do it for you. It’s a terrible service. Don’t waste your money, time and energy. Learn from my mistakes.
