absolute positioning of items

  • Hey, quick question:
    why do you place the items via “absolute” in the grid view…instead of floating ?
    Than you wouldn’t need the height/width calculation ..

    please open:
    search in the code for the class “team-items” which is the list, and this has the list elements (class “item skin wake-team flat” )…all these list elements have the attr. “position absolute” ..why do you use “absolute” instead of “relative” and floting?

    * absoulte makes it more difficult to place the list eg. center or doing other things
