• I recently gave this a really bad review, in fact a horrid review.

    So I logged into Facebook, deleted absolutely everything, and I mean everything. All Catalogues, all shops, just a blank canvas. Re-installed version 1.11.4 of this plugin, and before I connected it, I let it update to version 2.0.1.

    THEN I connected it to Facebook. This time everything went exactly as it should. Connected, configured and working within 5 minutes.

    So I’d like to apologise to the developers. Your plugin does work, as long as you stat from a completely clean slate. For future downloaders, you may want to specify this in your details. Plugin will work on provision you have no existing problems with Facebook Catalogues.

    Please, tell me what you didi. It’s been weeks and my facebook catalog is gone. I stop updating the catalog. I erased it in facebook. Now I can’t make the store appear again. no t manually nor from file. nothing. the v2 connects, says it’s ready and then fails to “connect to facbook” and is stuck in woocommerce as if nothing happened.

    I dont want to make a new facbookpage.

    What can i do?
