Above the Fold

Hi,

I’m trying to exclude images from lazy-loading that are above the fold as it states in the documentation:

In EWWW IO 8.0+, use the Above the Fold setting to exclude the number of images that should be treated as “above the fold”.

But I don’t where to find that in the plugin settings?
