above my title it shows “form”on my website

    Dear creator,

    thank you very much for this great plugin! I have only 1 small issue with the plugin. I added the form i made to my website, but for some reason the word “form” appears above my form title. This shows both on show title on and off mode.

    Yes the page itself has a title.
