• I had an issue with the Premium Shipping add on so contacted support which is included with this.

    They quickly ascertained the problem was not with the plugin but with the session handling from my web hosting company…but they stayed with me while this was sorted and assisted me with reporting back to the hosting company what the issues were.

    The issues are now resolved, Jigoshop is running well again and the Premium Shipping plugin is working as expected.
