• My client had a form on her Elementor-built website that was not delivering email. To help her, I called in all the troops, including the Elementor Essential Addons crew (since their plugin is installed on the site). It took some time to resolve it, but even though it turned out that the issue didn’t have anything to do with their plugin, their support rep decided to do a deep dive into the site and discovered the source of the problem for us. That led to a quick resolution of the issue. We are so grateful for their help and can’t recommend them enough! Developers with this kind of conscience and generous approach to customer relationships and service deserve all the support we can give them.
