Above and Beyond

Craig @Roundup has been far and above the best customer-support help I have ever experienced, and that’s saying a lot as I have managed large teams in my own past.
My parish was truly stuck with managing registrations for government mandated limited Masses – 50 registered people to a Mass, maximum, for a parish community of 2,000+; we needed to ensure an equitable, fair rotation of people through weekend Masses and Craig helped us navigate every tiny hiccup, and even wrote custom small plugin-add-ons to fine-tune their app so we could limit how frequently people could register for an event.
He managed every question (and I had a LOT of questions) and scenario with patience and aplomb. I truly cannot thank them enough for all of their help in building a system that no one would have ever wished to build.
