About WordPress menu missing in Admin area

  • In my multisite installation (upgraded to 5.4.1) the WordPress About Menu does not show in the upper-left corner.
    Other items: My Sites and the visit Site Icon do show.

    At the left-most side of the Toolbar is a WordPress logo. Place, or hover, the mouse cursor over the logo to see to About WordPress, www.remarpro.com, Documentation, Support, and Feedback.

    The top link on that menu is for the ‘About WordPress’ page, which contains tabs for What’s New, Credits, Freedoms and Privacy.

    What could be causing this?
