About WOOCOMERCE

Hello!
I have a sales site and I want to send automatically emails to customers whoes bought products from my site. I check thru settings at “EMAILS” but it’s activated this function. I entered to check on my hosting provider if it’s ok the adress email, and I think it’s ok. Even it’s appears to be ok,(I tested with my email) I couldn’t recived any email, only if I forward the emails from my hosting email.
What should I do?
