About web-stories for multiple countries/languages

Hi! Anyone have tested the web stories in multiple countries ? It is possible? So, i have an brazilian website (.com.br) and i likely to test an web stories in english, but not using an another WordPress install.
In another page, i found the “Polylang”, but the question of Discovery, would there be a chance to appear a Story in English for readers in North America and other countries (ex: United Kingdom)? And the normal Stories continue to appear in my region (in portuguese)? Or i need to create another site only for this ?
(Sorry for my bad english).
