About using the Canonical link in Yoast

    How important is filling in the canonical link information in Yoast’s SEO plugin when publishing category pages? For instance, I have it blank for this page: https://danscartoons.com/category/bigfoot/ and curious if it’s worth taking advantage of it. What would you suggest? I have roughly 50 other separate category pages I could add canonical info on.
