Actually, that’s not a good idea. Depending upon the theme, you would be better off using a child theme or a custom CSS plugin.

I mean i only wanto to change the color and background for the theme, nothing too complicate so anyone knows where is the css file?

It should load as the first thing, however I strongly suggest you listen to esmi and create a child theme or use custom CSS plugin so that your edits are not lost if you update your theme.

Where did you post anything about mobile?!?!

It will probably be best to contact the support forum of that plugin. However most plugins have a settings page and that should allow for custom CSS.
