    I just want to ask if the points card generated code can be use by other user other than the card owner?

    Hi @kimarkf01

    The user needs to present the points card in the associated commerce.

    There is no way to confirm that the person who has the code is the real owner, but is not a common situation because the points cards have a points amount assigned, and the user who created the points card have lost the points charged in the card.
